<LI>Go to <a
href="http://svartifoss2.fcc.gov/prod/cdbs/pubacc/prod/app_sear.htm">this
page</a> on the FCC website.</LI>

<LI>Enter the desired station's call letters in the <u>Call Sign:</u> box,
followed by a % sign.  The % sign ensures the calls will be matched even if
the station has a -TV suffix.  Enter <B>BFRECT</B> in the first <u>File
Number:</u> box.  (if the station is non-commercial, enter <B>BFREET</B>)
Leave the remaining boxes empty.  Press enter/return or click "Submit

<LI>You should receive an "Application Search Results" screen with one
record.  Click on the <u>Application</u> link on the right.
